Ingredients
          1 kg of fish flounder
          juice of 1/2 lemon
          pepper, salt
          corn or wheat flour
          400 g yogurt
          7-8 sprigs of dill
          10 cloves garlic (or a few sprigs of fresh)
          sunflower oil
              Method
              Fish is cleaned and cut into pieces. Salt with salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice and leave to cool for half an hour. Then add some flour (can be used corn or wheat, I mixed in equal quantities of the two species), and fry. Meanwhile, the yogurt, garlic and dill sauce is cooked and seasoned with salt. The bottom of the court of Jena glass put two tablespoons of sauce and cover with a few pieces of fried fish already on it again put the sauce and so alternate while over the fish. Finally, pour the remaining sauce, Drops Two drops of the oil, which is fried fish and Cover with the lid. Leave it so for half an hour and serve. Thus prepared fish can be consumed both hot and cold.
