Pleksavitsa with soda

Ingredients
1 kg minced meat (can mixed beef and pork)
2 onions
2 cloves garlic
150 ml carbonated water
1 tbsp baking
pepper, salt
ground cumin
Method
Forcemeat stir well with the chopped onion and garlic. Add sparkling water and soda. All knead for 10-15 minutes. Add spices (to taste) and again meddle about 5 minutes. Allow to rest in a refrigerator of about 5 hours. From the resulting mixture was made 6 pleksavitsi thickness of 8 mm. Bake a BBQ or grill pan without fat.
