Pork chops with Madeira sauce

Ingredients
4 pork chops
3/4 cup (150 ml) white wine
1 cup Madeira Wine Sauce
1 clove garlic
1 bay leaf
pepper
salt
1 tsp (5 ml) wine Vinegar
Apple
Method
Chops are rubbed with garlic, add salt, placed in a fireproof container, pour wine and a few tablespoons of water so that the chops are submerged, add pepper, vinegar and stew in the oven to low softening. Strain the sauce, add Madeira and boil for 2-3 minutes. Cutlets are poured and served with cooked apple pieces.
