Ingredients
700 g leg meat
flour
frying fat
1 onion
2-3 carrots
250 g mushrooms
30 g butter
pepper
salt
Method
The meat is cut thick slices about 2 cm. Crushed slices, rolled in flour mixed with a little salt and lightly fry. Remove from the oil and put it in the finely chopped onion and grated carrots. Meat ranks in a saucepan, add the stewed onions and carrots, sliced ​​mushrooms, 1/2 cup (100 ml) hot water, the butter and pepper. Allow to simmer until tender meat.
