Pork knuckle with potatoes in the oven

Ingredients
2 pork knuckle (about 1 kg)
1 kg potatoes
paprika, black pepper, savory, salt
150 ml red wine

Method
The pig knuckle is placed in a pressure cooker , pour cold water and add salt. Boil about 40 minutes. Once cooked so the meat falls from the bone only, boned and the meat is placed in the tray. The potatoes are peeled, cut to the larger pieces and added to the meat. Taste with salt and red pepper. Pour 2 cups of the broth in which they spin yarn dzholanchetata and if necessary add a further salt. Insert the red wine and bake in preheated oven until it's almost fat. * Do not add extra fat because dzholanchetata have released enough in the broth.

And I do them that way. Only put 1 bay leaf in cooking.

Yes, you can put and carrot, onion and celery for a richer flavor.
