2 pork knuckle (about 1 kg)

The pig knuckle is placed in a pressure cooker , pour cold water and add salt. Boil about 40 minutes. Once cooked so the meat falls from the bone only, boned and the meat is placed in the tray. The potatoes are peeled, cut to the larger pieces and added to the meat. Taste with salt and red pepper. Pour 2 cups of the broth in which they spin yarn dzholanchetata and if necessary add a further salt.
