Ingredients
600 g pork
1/2 cup sunflower oil
2 onions
1 carrot
1/4 head celery
5 leeks
1/2 cup white wine
2 tbsp tomato paste
salt
pepper

Method
Cut the meat into small pieces and fry in the oil. Remove the remaining oil and stew over low heat the chopped onion and chopped carrot and celery. When soften and begin to fry, add sliced ​​leeks, meat, tomato paste, 1 cup water and wine. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. The dish is cooked over low heat until almost the fat remains.

Such dish do and I just do not put carrots and celery. If you put red pepper dry or canned, can and pickle green tomatoes cut it splendor. I do it and boiled and roasted, always gets.

Very tasty dish. I put the carrot, celery and pepper pickled. I added a pinch of sugar and savory. For garnish boiled rice. When serving sprinkled with fresh parsley.
