Peel potatoes, wash and shred them as are raw grater. Grated onion, add the egg, salt, pepper and flour. Mix well, shaping meatballs and place them in the pan. If necessary dooformyane them with a spatula (the same which will turn them) and fry in a little sunflower oil over medium heat. Serve with sour cream which is used as a sauce.
