Ingredients
4-5 potatoes
1 onion
1 tbsp flour
40 ml sunflower oil
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
juice of 1 lemon
parsley
salt
Method
Finely chopped onion stew in the oil. Add flour and after pozaparzhi, pour 7-8 cups hot water. Add the diced potatoes, add salt and cook until soft. The finished soup is seasoned with lemon juice and sprinkle with chopped walnuts and chopped parsley.
