Potatoes in Lyons

Ingredients
900 g potatoes
200 g onion
4 tbsp butter
parsley, pepper, salt
1 tbsp Maggi Magic 10 vegetables taste (optional) or other spices of your choice

Method
Boil well scrubbed potatoes, peel them and cut into circles. Fry them in some of the butter to pinking. Stew cut into thin rings of onion, add it to the potatoes, add salt (and sprinkle with 1 tbsp Maggi Magic vegetables taste 10 optional), black pepper and chopped parsley. Serve immediately.

I like potatoes prepared in this way. Put ham or bacon in them.
