Potatoes with salo and olives

Ingredients
1 kg small potatoes
100 g smoked salo
a few sprigs of fresh rosemary
100 g black olives
2 cloves garlic
6 tbsp olive oil
salt
pepper
Method
Potatoes are cleaned, washed and dried. Cleaned garlic is crushed. In a Teflon pan heat olive oil and added to it for a few seconds smoked salo. Add potatoes and fry well until golden brown. Add 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary. Dish add salt and sprinkle with ground black pepper. Add the olives and garlic. Fry for another 5 minutes.
