Ingredients
240 g flour
120 g fat
1 tsp (5 g) of baking soda

700 g beef fillet
250 g kidneys
300 ml meat broth
250 g mushrooms
60 g flour

Method
Flour mixed with baking soda and salt, sifted, add cut into very small pieces of fat, a little cold water and make a soft dough. The majority of the dough is rolled round, placed so as to cover the bottom and sides of the form for pudding on top and arrange the sliced ​​meat formed into rolls, sliced ​​mushrooms and kidneys (form must be filled) bay broth, covered with a small circuit made of the remaining dough and the ends of the two circles are joined well.
