Pudding with strawberries

Ingredients
750 ml milk
500 g large strawberries
200 g biscuits
1 vanilla
grated rind of 1 lemon
5 eggs
250 g of powdered sugar
Method
Strawberries are cleaned and washed. Then cook over low heat with 125 g of sugar about 10 minutes. Milk becomes heated and mixed with beaten eggs with a fork, vanilla, lemon zest and 80 g of sugar. In a greased with butter baking dish arrange a layer of ladyfingers, scatter with some of the milk mixture and pour strawberries. Again rank biscuits and everything pour remaining milk mixture. Bake in moderate oven about 1 hour and turns into the cake pan. Pudding before serving sprinkle with remaining sugar.
