Rice with dried fruit

Ingredients
500 g of dried cherries, apples, etc.
100 g of prunes
1 and 1/2 cup (300 g) rice
1 cup (200 g) sugar
1 vanilla powder
Method
Dried fruits are washed, flooded with water and allowed to soak in it a few hours to swell and put your juice. This water is filtered and allowed to boil. Add the cleaned and washed rice and water drained from the fruit. Once cooked rice, add sugar. Mixed well, remove from heat, flavored with vanilla and pour into bowls.
