Ingredients
1 cup Basmati rice
4 leeks onion
5 prunes
50 ml. olive oil
2 cup sauerkraut juice

Method
Cut the leeks in rings, prunes into small pieces and fry them in olive oil. Add the rice and fry for about 2 minutes. Add 2 cups water and 2 cups sauerkraut juice (can be used pickle juice or tomato) and boil until ready rice.
