Ingredients
          3 red onion
          1 cup rice
          1 handful of pitted olives
          black pepper, salt
          sunflower oil for frying
          parsley optional
              Method
              Onions chopped stew in the oil. Add the washed rice. Season with salt and pepper. Pour over the warm water 1/3 rice and water and boil. When the rice is ready add the olives, which dish boil a few minutes (3-4 minutes). Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley in small pieces.
