Roast chicken with thyme

Ingredients
1 chicken
1 onion
30 g butter
4 mushrooms
50 g breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp lemon zest
pinch of garlic powder
pinch of nutmeg
1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
pepper
salt
Method
Chop into thin strips and fry in the butter. Add the sliced ​​mushrooms and sauté for 1 minute. Put them breadcrumbs, spices and beaten egg and stir until the egg is set. Chicken is salted and filled with stuffing. Place in a glass pan or ring casseroles, smeared with butter, pepper and paprika and bake.
