Roasted pancake with meat

Ingredients
200 g of dry white bread without crust
1 cup (200 ml) milk
90 g butter
3 eggs
2-3 sprigs of parsley
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
30 g cheese
200 g minced meat (mixture)
1/2 onion
1 tbsp tomato paste
salt
pepper
Method
Bread soaked in milk. The butter, which are separated 1/3, stirred and cream were added thereto one by one the yolks by broken intensive. Add soaked bread, salt, parsley and beaten hard whites. Pour the mixture into an oiled and scatter breadcrumbs tiny form and bake in a hot oven. Immediately after removing sprinkle with cheese. By taking the butter, onion, meat, tomato paste, salt and pepper stuffing is made that stew for 15 minutes and pour over half of the pancake. Cover with the second half, cut into portions and serve with salad season.
