1 tbsp mustard
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp tomato paste

Method
Beans soak the evening. Change his water and boiled over a slow fire. Take it out and drained. Done separately topping vinegar, the oil, mustard, paprika, tomato paste, a pinch of salt, a pinch of sugar. Finely chop and julienne with chopped parsley mixed with beans. If instead of onion put fresh garlic or leeks - is even better (at least according to the taste of my family).
