Salad of leeks

Ingredients
1 kg leeks
piece of celery
2 tbsp (20 ml) sunflower oil
juice of 2 lemons
pinch of thyme
pinch of coriander
5 peppercorns
1 bay leaf
salt
Method
White parts of leeks cut into rings 1 cm thick, celery Grate in large pieces grater, add other products and a little boiling water and stew until soft. Salad to cool in the broth. Strain and serve.
