Ingredients
300 g skinless sausages
500 g cauliflower
3 tomatoes
1 onion
4 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar
1/2 bunch parsley
pepper
salt
Method
Cauliflower is washed and chopped into florets, placed in the boiling salted water and boiled, then remove and allow to cool. Add sliced skinless sausages, finely chopped onions and diced tomatoes. The mixture is seasoned with vegetable oil, lemon juice, pepper and salt, mix well and forms for presentation in plateau or in dishes such as sprinkle with chopped parsley.
