Salad stethe base of spinach

Ingredients
1 kg spinach (stethe base)
1/4 cup (50 ml) vegetable oil
1 head of garlic
vinegar
salt
Method
Stethe base of spinach after cleaning and washing very well, boil in salted water until soft. Drained, cooled and arrange in salad bowl. On them pour a mixture of finely chopped garlic, vegetable oil and vinegar and salt to taste.
