Semolina halva Caramel

Ingredients
250 g semolina
50 ml sunflower oil
50 g butter
250 g sugar
1 vanilla
50 g walnuts

Method
In the heated fat meal fry until golden. In a separate vessel is caramelized sugar until light caramel. Add 350 ml hot water and stirred until melted caramel, vanilla, and added to this syrup is poured semolina. The mixture was boiled for 3-4 minutes, and add the ground walnuts. Spread in pan, can be sprinkled with coconut or decorate with topping optional.
