Shortcake for any occasion

Ingredients
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1/2 cup sunflower oil
2 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
180 g jam or sweet
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp cocoa
nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, raisins)
essence of rum or cognac

Method
The products are mixed in a deep bowl in the order in which are listed. Cinnamon, cocoa, nuts and essences are own preference and can be combined in different ways according to your taste. Bake in preheated oven at 180C degrees average of the oven for about 45 minutes as well to check with a metal skewer or fork.
