Ingredients
          400 g lamb
          500 g fresh tomatoes
          5 basil leaves
          200 g spaghetti
          3 cloves garlic
          pepper, salt
          2 tbsp sunflower oil
          marinade for meat - of your choice and optional

          Method
              Lamb marinate overnight in a marinade of your choice, and may not marinate.   Fry (cut) in the oil until browned and pour grated fresh tomatoes. Boil to evaporate the water from the tomatoes. Remove from heat and to the resulting sauce add salt, pepper, garlic and basil. Cook pasta according to package directions and when they are ready straining. Put in an appropriate dish and pour the sauce.
