Spaghetti Scamp

Ingredients
250 g spaghetti
200 g shrimp
250 g of tomato paste
400 g cream
lemon
garlic
parsley
cognac
Method
In salted water cook the pasta, meanwhile prepare the sauce - in a slightly heated sunflower oil fry 1-2 cloves garlic, peeled shrimp fry well on both sides, add a little brandy, tomato paste, lemon juice quarter, chopped parsley, cream. Season to taste with salt and pepper, optional can be spicy when it thickens enough to add the drained spaghetti.
