Ingredients
500 g zucchini
250 g mushrooms
1 onion
4-5 cloves garlic
carrot 1
1 jar mashed or ground tomatoes
3-4 tbsp flour
1 cube vegetable broth
pinch oregano
pinch of thyme
pepper
salt
parsley

Method
Onion, carrot and garlic finely. Mushrooms and courgettes - at in large pieces. In a little oil sauté onion, garlic and carrot. Add zucchini and mushrooms and vegetables sauté over low heat until tender. Pour the tomatoes and add bouillon cube. Season with salt dish and let it cook until the fat remains. Add spices. Flour blurs with a little water and add to the dish. Allow to boil and shifts. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Thus prepared dish can be used as a delicious sauce for spaghetti.
