1 kg pork (chicken) steak
1 cube (10 g) beef broth
2 tbsp light soy sauce
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce * *
# of aromatic salt:
1 bay leaf
1 tsp Coriander
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp white mustard
4 tbsp sea salt
1/2 tbsp paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp fenugreek
1/2 tsp cumin

All dry spices are ground in a blender. The resulting aromatic salt flavor better steaks on both sides, add the soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce * *.
