Ingredients
200 g cheese
500 g spinach
1 cup sunflower oil
2-3 tomatoes
3 eggs
1/3 cup milk
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
1-2 tbsp butter

Method
Cut the spinach into strips and stew in the oil and a little water until is tender. Add 1 tbsp bread crumbs, add salt, stir and sift the mixture in a buttered baking dish. Spread grated cheese on top and arrange the tomatoes on cheese. Bake 15 minutes in a moderate oven. Then pour the eggs are crushed with milk and remaining bread crumbs. Put the dish for 10 minutes in the oven to brown, covering medium.
