Sredizimorska salad Antipasti

Ingredients
7-8 leaves of red chicory
7-8 lettuce leaves
a few arugula leaves
100 g smoked pork loin
2 tomatoes
1 tbsp olive oil
lemon juice
feta cheese Parmesan for sprinkling
Method
Leaf lettuce, chicory and arugula Wash and tear (cut) in a large bowl. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes and add to the bowl. Seasoned with olive oil and lemon juice and stir. Add smoked pork fillet and sprinkle with Parmesan.
