Ingredients
4 pork chops - neck
4 slices smoked feta cheese
300 ml wine
400 g sour cream
1/2 tsp pepper
50 g butter
Method
The chops are placed in a glass pot . On each put pepper and slice smoked feta cheese. Pour the wine and cream. Top distributes the butter. Capped and placed in a cold oven and bake at 180 C for about two hours.

I want to ask cream and wine mix you in advance and what is white or red wine? And you is not serious with melted cheese, cream and butter on top?
