Steamed fish in ginger sauce

Ingredients
600 g bluefish or other fish
3 leeks onion
2-3 cloves garlic
carrot 1
3 slices ginger root
1 cube chicken broth
2 tbsp ketchup
1- 2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/4 tbsp dry ginger
1 tbsp starch
3-4 tbsp sunflower oil
Method
Apple cider vinegar, soy sauce and ginger mixed in a bowl. On the fish is sectioned then pour the marinade and allowed to mature. Leek, carrot, ginger (pre-soaked in water) and garlic cut into strips. The oil is heated in a deep pan. Ginger garlic and fry for 30 seconds. Add carrot and leeks and fry for a minute. Then pour 400 ml water, added chicken broth and ketchup. After the boil, put the fish and sauté for 6-7 minutes on each side. Remove and arrange on platter. In sauce pour the dissolved starch in a little water, stir and pour it with fish.
