Ingredients
2 cloves celery
3-4 onions
1 tsp paprika
2 tsp tomato paste
50 g olives pitted
4-5 tbsp sunflower oil
parsley
salt

Method
Stew chopped chopped onion in the oil until soft, Sprinkle with red pepper and mix with tomato paste. Add the sliced celery and it too stew. Pour some hot water (enough to cover the products) and leave to boil over low heat, then increase the temperature to moderate. When the celery is tender, add the olives and parsley.
