Stew with meatballs in the oven

Ingredients
250 g minced meat
3 onions
3-4 peppers
1 tomato
egg 1
1 tbsp breadcrumbs
pinch of thyme
pinch of marjoram
pinch of oregano
1 cube beef or vegetable broth
1/2 bunch parsley
1 tbsp flour

Method
Mix the minced meat with half a head of finely chopped onion, egg, breadcrumbs and spices. Formed into meatballs and rolled in flour. remaining onion and chopped peppers stew under cover with 1-2 tbsp water on low heat until soft. Add the grated tomato and stew for another ten minutes. Pour 2 cups hot water. After boil put the cube broth and meatballs. As a boil again, transfer to a baking dish and bake in a hot oven for about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. In the stew not put salt as minced meat is savory bouillon cube too. Sunflower oil also do not put - put enough fat mince. Can be defined as dietary stew.
