1 carrot, 1 onion and 1 potato ground blender with egg, pepper and salt. The resulting paste is placed in the minced meat, add the rice and kneaded well. Form 30 balls. rutabaga or yellow turnip is a Bulgarian, I think I should be able to be replaced by turnip (not radish and turnip). English is swede, rutabaga and I really like it in soups and such :)
