1 cup sunflower oil

1 cup white wine
200 g mushrooms
1-2 tomatoes (canned)
1 tbsp flour
1 tsp paprika
allspice, savory
Method
The meat is cut into portions and fry until browned in the oil. In glass pot lining sliced ​​onions, carrots - also rings, garlic, peppers, spices. Pour in the white wine (if not enough, add a little water). Leave to sauté over low heat. When almost done, add the stewed mushrooms and flour - roasted until golden, colored with paprika and diluted with a little water. Serve with steamed rice and fried potatoes.
