Stuffed celery pork in gardening

Ingredients
250 g minced meat pork
1 slice (75 g) bread
1 egg
50 g salo
5 chapters (250 g) celery
200 g mushrooms mushrooms
150 g cheese
1/4 cup (50 ml) vegetable oil
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
1 lemon
pepper
parsley
salt
Method
Heads of celery, peel, and then rubbed with lemon, boiled in salted water for 15-20 minutes, cut into halves and carve with a small spoon. Hollowed interior of celery cut into small pieces and mixed with ground meat, bread dipped in water, chopped mushrooms and parsley, red and black pepper, egg and salo, cut into small pieces and lightly fried. The stuffing is hollowed halves of celery. Arrange in a greased baking dish, sprinkle with grated cheese, pour in the oil and 1/4 cup hot water and bake in a moderate oven. Serve warm.
