Stuffed peppers with eggs

Ingredients
7 green peppers
50 g butter
4 tbsp (40 ml) sunflower oil
6 eggs
2 onions
pepper
salt
Method
Cut into thin strips 3 more small peppers. Finely chopped onion fry in the butter, add chopped peppers, salt, pepper and fry. Add the eggs and stirred continuously until it congeals. Fill 4 cleaned peppers with the mixture, place in preheated butter and sauté until soft.
