Ingredients
# For the pancakes:
100 g cornmeal
2 eggs
110 ml milk
salt
# For the filling:
110 g mushrooms
110 g cheese
120 g red peppers
70 g onion
50 g butter
50 g dill
salt
Method
Prepare rarely dough from flour, milk, beaten eggs and a pinch of salt. Of this mixture were prepared stuffed with a thickness of about half a centimeter. Peppers and mushrooms cut into julienne and sauté them with a little butter. Separate small-sized onion stew and added to other vegetables. Add grated cheese and salt to taste. On each pancake put part of the filling on it and arrange pieces of butter. Pancakes wound, arranged in a suitable pan and baked in an oven at moderate temperature. Before serving sprinkle with chopped dill.
