Method
Sift the flour in a bowl and forms a pile, made his hole in the middle. Yeast is crushed, sprinkle in the hole, pour the warm milk and sprinkle with plenty of flour. I have prepared them just now. Very crispy and delicious. I'm not much in the kneading - next time I'll know better. :) Sprinkled them with sesame and only them Paiute lowest in the oven. I thought that the temperature will be high, but it is accurate. And upload photos. Thanks for the recipe. :)

No, mix the flour with the yeast. Apart whipped milk with sugar, salt and egg yolks. Mix dry to wet or vice versa - it is important to mix the products. When knead by hand put wet to dry when tampered with mixer - First beat wet ingredients, then put a spoon spoon dry. Leave to rise for the specified time. 1 package dry yeast equals '25 fresh. I would have enjoyed just one packet. Good luck!

hartisah no eggs today and decided to make bread in this recipe (top oiled, with no yolk) were so fragrant and delicious, even wonder why everywhere push an egg dough for bread ?!
yolk above does not affect the taste or smell, only gives gloss and prevents drying of the crust. Not mandatory:-)
