Sift the flour in a bowl and forms a pile, made his hole in the middle. Yeast is crushed, sprinkle in the hole, pour the warm milk and sprinkle with plenty of flour. Allow thus to activate the yeast, while powdery scab over milk crack. Put the salt and stir with a wooden spoon until it is removed from the walls of the bowl. Cover and leave to rise for 30 minutes, until doubled. Dough knead lightly, subdivided into 10 parts formed of sticks, about 2 cm thick, which are screwed by all as S. Put them in the pan with parchment paper, cover with a damp cloth for another 20 minutes. Heat the oven to 230 C. leavened bread is smeared with yolk, sprinkle with sesame, poppy and coarse salt, and bake 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool slightly before being cut.

I have prepared them just now. Very crispy and delicious. I'm not much in the kneading - next time I'll know better. :) Sprinkled them with sesame and only them Paiute lowest in the oven. I thought that the temperature will be high, but it is accurate. And upload photos. Thanks for the recipe. :)

rally, provided that they will use dry yeast, should I do the procedure for activation of yeast?

No, mix the flour with the yeast. Apart whipped milk with sugar, salt and egg yolks. Mix dry to wet or vice versa - it is important to mix the products. When knead by hand put wet to dry when tampered with mixer - First beat wet ingredients, then put a spoon spoon dry. Leave to rise for the specified time. 1 package dry yeast equals '25 fresh. I would have enjoyed just one packet. Good luck!

Thank you for the quick response, Rally! I replaced half the flour with whole wheat, added a little oat bran and flaxseed, and received a lot of delicious bread! Upload photos. Thanks again :)

I forgot to say, my daughter called them glasses :)

hartisah no eggs today and decided to make bread in this recipe (top oiled, with no yolk) were so fragrant and delicious, even wonder why everywhere push an egg dough for bread ?!

yolk above does not affect the taste or smell, only gives gloss and prevents drying of the crust. Not mandatory:-)

Great breads! Very soft and tasty dough and get crispy and slightly after firing. Surely I will do them. The recipe is in Favorites.
