Ingredients
200 g peppers
300 g tomato paste
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp flour
salt, sugar
2 tbsp sunflower oil

Method
Fry them the oil and flour until flour stop penny . Then add the chopped garlic. Fry and add tomato paste. Stir to compress and add peeled and baked peppers, which have to be cut (but not too fine). Add salt and sugar to taste, and then 150 ml water.
