Swedish potato pancakes

Ingredients
3/4 ​​cup flour
300 ml milk
800 g potatoes
2 tsp salt
70 g butter
Method
From the egg, flour, salt and milk is prepared batter. Peel the potatoes and grate. Added to the dough and mixed. Formed into small flat discs (such as small cutlets) and fry on both sides in the butter until golden and crispy. Serve as a side dish to roast pork usually by adding a little fresh blueberries polusmachkani.
