Tomato meatballs

Ingredients
2 kg tomatoes
500 g - 1 kg of flour
2 onions
mint
salt
pepper
sugar
sunflower oil for frying
Method
The tomatoes are peeled, cut into small pieces and lightly squeeze. In deep bowl mix the grated onion, mint, sugar, salt, pepper, tomatoes and flour. Flour add 2-3 cups and then as needed to obtain a slurry, which can be formed with a spoon meatballs. The amount depends on how juicy tomatoes. Mix well until a homogeneous mass. The oil becomes heated in a pan. Take a spoonful of the mixture formed into patties and fried.
