Ingredients
2 trout - 900 g
# For the marinade:
the juice of 2 lemons
2-3 pinches of tarragon
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp turmeric

Method
Clean and wash fish rub with salt inside and out. Put it to stand for 12 hours (or overnight) in a marinade made from olive oil, lemon juice and spices. Bake at preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
