Tutmanik with stuffing

Ingredients
# For the dough:
400 g yogurt
1 egg
1 tsp salt
1 kg of flour
# For the filling:
4 potatoes
2 onions
3-4 dry peppers
300 g sausage or boiled chicken
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
savory
3 tbsp sunflower oil
Method
Involved medium soft dough of these products and allow to relax. Meanwhile, onions and peppers are finely chopped, potatoes in small pieces sausage / chicken cut into chunks. First in hot sunflower oil and onion stew a little then put the other ingredients together with spices. Stew 5-10 minutes. Roll out the dough into a sheet 1 cm thick and place in a greased baking tray, so that it is greater than the tray and you can change the cover filling. Steamed stuffed into the tin and cover with sheet, pinched well to allow the filling to choke completely. Bake in moderate oven about 25 minutes. Optional top can be brushed with beaten yolk.
