Ingredients
2 boiled potatoes
3 tbsp sunflower oil
250 ml water
18 g fresh yeast
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp salt
500 g white flour
100 g cornmeal
oregano and thyme to taste

Method
Involved dough by first making slurries of yeast, water, sugar and some flour. As effervescent, adding the remaining ingredients, rises again, twisting to wick and burned.
