Ingredients
10 eggs
1 cup powdered sugar
1 and 1/2 cup flour
65 g butter
6 tbsp raisins

apricot jam
chocolate
Method
Eggs and 1 cup powdered sugar crash warm to double the volume, pull from heat, add 1 1/2 cups flour, 65 g warm butter and 6 tbsp raisins. Pour the mixture into a buttered mold, baked at medium heat, turns into a dish, sprinkle with powdered sugar or smeared with apricot marmalade and pour chocolate glaze.
