Veal with Chardonnay

500 g veal
500 ml milk
300 g potatoes
2-3 pinches of tarragon
2 tbsp mushroom soup powder
2-3 tbsp olive oil
50 g butter
200 ml Chardonnay wine
1 sprig rosemary
salt and pepper

The meat is cut into thick slices and seasoned with salt, pepper and tarragon. Fry in the hot oil until sealed. Pour in the white wine and reduce the temperature. Add rosemary twig and stew about 30 minutes with the lid on, then remove from the pan and put in the broth previously dissolved mushroom cream soup. Stir to thicken. Cook potatoes and mashed with the butter, milk and salt. Using a cooking ring in portion plate is made a bed of mashed potatoes on top and put pieces of meat. Sprinkled with mushroom sauce.
