Ingredients
1 kg beef silverside
20 heads small onions
3 carrots
6-7 tbsp fat
1/2 bunch parsley
mint
salt

Method
Meat add salt and put in a baking dish. Clean onions (whole) and chopped carrot slices are arranged around the meat, add salt is. Pour 1 and a half cups of hot water and fat. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour. Then removing fthe oil and dopicha from time to time turns and pour the sauce. At the end of cooking add the parsley and mint. Cut into slices and serve with mashed potatoes or salad optional.
