Vegan cauliflower soup with steamed carrots and leeks

500 g of cauliflower
1 stalk leek
1 carrot
sunflower oil
1 tbsp toasted flour
spices and optional flavor
3-4 slices stale bread

Cauliflower, cleaned, washed and broken into florets and the rest of the leeks, cut into chunks, boil in lightly salted water. When cauliflower least softened, several florets were removed to be used for garnishing serving. The rest of the vegetables are boiled until complete softening and pass a part of the broth. Add a little fuzzy in cold water flour. Depending on the desired consistency is diluted with hot broth (for those who are fasting add 1 cup of hot milk and broth), boil for another 5-6 minutes. Season to taste with salt, optional with nutmeg, a pinch of lemon zest and lemon juice. The soup is served hot, garnished with steamed carrots and leeks, cauliflower roses and toasted bread bites.
