1 kg of flour
42 g fresh yeast or 14 g of dry yeast
2 eggs + 1 egg white
200 g sour cream
1 cup yogurt
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp salt
2 tbsp sunflower oil
sunflower oil or butter for greasing sheet

All products must be at room temperature. Sift the flour 3 times with salt. Drained 3/4 cup to knead the dough.
